Our membership process is simple.  Complete thisPDF (click here) form and mail it to the designated
location on the form. The complete membership details are on the form.  Please note, all applications
must include a copy of your Academy of Model Aeronautics member card or temporary receipt, a self
addressed stamped return envelope, and your payment in full payable to the "Flying Cardinals".
 
 
In submitting a properly completed application, you must have read our By-Laws and the AMA
